Polyamide Resins
Thermoplastic Polyamide Resins are used as binder in printing inks, hotmelts and adhesives. The polyamide resins are produced by a poly-condensation reaction. Reactants are an Ethyleneamine and a di-or polybasic fatty acid.
The following Delamine Ethyleneamines are appropriate for use in Polyamide Resins:
  • Ethylenediamine
    		• (EDA)
  • Diethylenetriamine
    		• (DETA)
  • N-Aminoethylpiperazine
    		• (N-AEP)
  • Piperazine Anhydrous
    		• (PIP)
