| Lead time and Order size |

| . | For bulk orders, Delamine requires a standard minimum order time of 3 working days before loading. |
| . | For packed products, Delamine requires a standard minimum order time of 7 working days before loading. |
| . | Our lead times from loading zone to customer, varies and is depending upon ship to location and means of transportation. In general we are continuously striving for shorter lead times and an optimal on-time-in-full performance. |
| . | In case of non-standard situations, Delamine will always do their utmost to meet customer requirements. |
